第一次做出這麼好吃的香蕉蛋糕。
前幾週因為學校老師給了個食譜, 二女兒吵著要自己按著食譜做, 因而買了包自發麵粉(self rising flour)。 學校的食譜只使用了兩杯自發麵粉的量。 所以想用別的簡易糕點將它用完。 手上剛好有以下的食譜, 又有過熟的香蕉, 就試了試。 真是簡單又美味啊!
以下食譜改自 Harvest all purpose flour 包裝上的食譜
1 3/4 cups self rising flour
1/4 tsp salt( 鹽量可以少不可再多)
4/5 cup sugar
2 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp milk
3 large mashed bananas
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Mix
together flour, baking soda( 原食譜含 3/4 tsp baking soda), salt and sugar
Blend in eggs, oil and milk, Stir in banana and nuts, Pour batter into
greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch pan. Bake at 350 ℉ for
approximately 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes
out clean.
